The real reason we're there is to watch these ladies...Betsy prefers to play in the dirt. Tonight, she actually shoveled it into her hat from her perch at second base, and then put her hat back on her head. I just shake my head.... She does make dirty look good though.
Porter is a bit more interested in the game though she spends her fair amount of time in the dirt as well. She caught a pop fly to the pitcher's circle tonight!! What a way to end the game!
I hate that I couldn't get up from feeding Jack a snack (better than the sunflower seed hulls) to get a better picture of this face!
