A Big Day for Betsy

If there is a set way to do things, Betsy is probably going to either ask how to do it another way or just go ahead and charge ahead on her own without regard. Betsy has seen Porter lose most of her front teeth and no doubt watched her anguish as she headed to the bathroom with Jamie to have him pull the latest loose one out. (This is just NOT a mommy duty in our house.)

So, I guess she just decided to skip that part. She pulled it out herself at school today! However, as the story unfolded we learned that Betsy was trying to pry a Play-Doh lid off for a friend with her teeth, and that is what served as the final tug needed to dislodge the tooth that has been loose for weeks. (We went through a lesson about not using your teeth for such things...and then we celebrated!)
